3.3 Verification

hli77 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

hli77 processes financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The following terms apply to transactions:

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions will be cancelled and returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
  • Withdrawal requests will not be processed if account verification has not been completed.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on hli77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not directly accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hli77 provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users. The following general terms apply when claiming these bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is announced.
  • A user may claim each bonus offer only once.
  • If bonus fraud is found, all related bonuses and any winnings earned from them will be forfeited.
  • hli77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

hli77 has five VIP tiers. Members can move up through the tiers by playing regularly. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all users when playing games on the hli77 platform:

6.1 Fair Play

hli77 follows a fair play policy. The games used on our platform are operated using certified technology and results are not predetermined in any way.

6.2 Technical Errors

Winnings may be voided due to any technical error or malfunction on the platform. In accordance with the "pays nothing" (errored win) policy, results caused by server errors or game provider errors will not be considered valid.

6.3 Game Providers

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of these terms and conditions:

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the relevant account will be immediately closed, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss or forfeiture of bets due to internet connection interruptions.
  • Any loss caused by issues with the user's device or software.
  • Loss resulting from account use by third parties or from unauthorized devices.
  • Any situation arising from technical issues on a game provider's server.

hli77 uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to ensure the security of user data and financial transactions. However, it is not technically possible to guarantee complete security for data transmitted over the internet.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

hli77 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

9.1 Closure by the Platform

  • In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
  • On the basis of suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  • In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
  • If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Closure by the User
